In September, the USPTO launched a major initiative aimed at expanding invention, innovation, and entrepreneurship in the United States. The aim of the National Council for Expanding American Innovation (NCEAI) is to help encourage and support innovators. The USPTO is setting up free, online events where independent inventors and intellectual property (IP) professionals can connect and learn about useful resources.
